Client comments:
Monarch Airlines, the low-cost airline based at London Luton Airport, have recently undertaken a conversion of part of their prestigious head office, creating a new common room facility for staff.
The process involved converting a cavernous hall formerly housing their aircraft simulator into a versatile split-level facility with storage facilities, internet access and plenty of seating space.
Ian Callcut, Monarch’s Property and Facilities Manager commented:

"The project was subject to a competitive tender process comprising a close scrutiny to cost and quality compliance together with a full Health and Safety plan".

"Adex were successful in competing for the project and proved to be highly professional, completing the work on budget, on time and to specification".

"During the construction phase Adex fully complied with the required Health and Safety and Security arrangements together with a ‘can do’ approach to fit in with the daily activities of the building occupants."
