Using the latest CAD technology Adex Interiors sales professionals supported by its in house Office Interior design team are able to provide a free technical and creative design service and space planning including 3D lift ups to ensure that clients are completely satisfied that the solution provided meets their requirements, along side the free technical specification and quotation.

All designs will take into account, where applicable, latest Part B (fire safety) and Part M (access to and use of buildings) Building Regulations and DDA requirements.

Once appointed, Adex will give any contract awarded to a designated Contract Manager who will be responsible for over seeing all aspects of the implementation of the installation. They will also carry out the submissions of Building Regulations and Planning applications where required, ensure the project is managed to meet Health and Safety requirements and where necessary that the installation is managed in accordance with CDM (Construction and Design Management) Regulations.
