Works included:
Removal of the front facade and replacement with new glass curtain walling, glass cantilever canopy and installation of new DDA compliant entrance doors, extensive alterations to the mechanical and electrical services with software upgrades to BMS system, new raised access floors, suspended ceilings, lighting, floor coverings, internal decorations, ceramic floor finishes and bespoke reception furniture.

Consulting to develop the refurbishment brief which involved re-creating flexible open plan office environments on 3 floors with the creation of  new 'super loo' concept W.C. and shower facilities which provided flexible letting options for single tennant or multi occupied users of the floor space.
