Galderma (UK) has enjoyed continued success and the subsequent growth and expansion meant having to relocate into new larger premises that reflected both the image we wish to portray as a company and the market in which we exist. Adex’ initial space planning services allowed us to select the most suitable property from a number that were on the market at the time. Upon selecting the property, their on going development of the designs, problem solving, product application and willingness to liaise with various agents on our behalf to ensure that the installation met legislative and landlords requirements was invaluable in assisting us meet a tight deadline in the legal process of securing the property. Adex were finally selected to implement the works after detailed analysis of designs, product quality and competitiveness in their own market. Upon doing so they maintained their willingness to deal with all matters in a fashion that meant little or no involvement was necessary on our behalf. Adex successfully completed the works in a short timescale imposed by the impending finish of our existing tenancy agreement without any effect on the quality of our installation. We now have the a UK headquarters that creates a positive environment for our employees, trainees and clients alike.

Having carried out refurbishments at smaller sites within the Group around the country, Adex were invited to provide designs to accommodate the expansion plans for the Regional Administration and Training Centre at St.Albans. From our initial brief Adex produced plans and concepts that demonstrated a practical and functional understanding of that which Homeserve were trying to achieve with cost effective solutions, yet maintaining awareness of the corporate branding and image required of this integral component in the expansion and development of the Homeserve network. During installation they proved to be reliable and efficient in implementing the works around our on-going operation and completely flexible in dealing with the inevitable variations that come about when dealing with the requirements of multiple companies within the Group taking residence in one facility. Adex were able to call on significant resources to ensure that these variations were accommodated whilst still meeting our deadline for completion

Adex had come highly recommended by an business colleague of mine and lived up to this recommendation during the design process. A good test of a Company is how they deal with issues. After a few teething problems with supplier deliveries, Adex were able to re-group and resource the installation so that it was completed ahead of the original schedule. The project was subject to a competitive tender process comprising a close scrutiny to cost and quality compliance together with a full Health and Safety plan. Adex were successful in competing for the project and proved to be highly professional, completing the work on budget, on time and to specification. During the construction phase Adex fully complied with the required Health and Safety and Security arrangements together with a ‘can do’ approach to fit in with the daily activities of the building occupants.

Adex's brief involved developing their newly acquired industrial unit into a high quality headquarters building incorporating additional mezzanine office accommodation, executive and boardroom areas, product demonstration suites, staff welfare facilities, product service centre and warehousing. Adex completed a turnkey solution which turned an empty building shell into a fully furnished working environment using in-house resources to provide.

Adex Interiors was required to start on site at very short notice. I can say that their performance and attention to detail of workmanship was fantastic. The rate and commitment by Adex staff to work to finite details and deliver the project on time was there week after week. Adex are a good team to work with and I have thoroughly enjoyed the project.
